REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER IN RADIUM SPRINGS IN

DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a recreation field, including an irrigation system, at the multipurpose center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the playground at the multipurpose center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to furnish the multipurpose center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county;

twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) to pave the recreation field parking lot at the multipurpose center in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct expansion for the parking lot at the multipurpose center and recreation field in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county.
