FOR THE ALVARADO TRANSPORTATION CENTER FOR THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design and construct the Alvarado transportation center for the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
