REQUESTED BY

FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN ENCINO IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for sleeving a water line under the street to connect to the existing water system in Encino in Torrance county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct a water storage tank in Encino in Torrance county.
