REQUESTED BY

FOR AN ADMINISTRATION BUILDING FOR A PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct an administration building for a primary health care provider in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
