REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING PHASE II OF ISLETA BOULEVARD IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) to construct phase II of Isleta boulevard in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
