FOR A YOUTH CRISIS SHELTER IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate, equip and remodel a youth crisis shelter in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
