FOR CONSTRUCTING AND IMPROVING WATER LINES AND SEPTIC SYSTEMS AT THE BACA AND PREWITT CHAPTER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred sixty-one thousand dollars ($361,000) for water line construction, improvements and installation of septic tanks and drainfield systems for domestic waste disposal at the Baca and Prewitt chapter in McKinley county.
