FOR CONSTRUCTING SHOWER FACILITIES AT BULLDOG BOWL FOR THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct shower facilities at Bulldog bowl for the Artesia public schools in Eddy county.
