FOR A NEW WATER WELL FOR THE VILLAGE OF RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to design and construct a new water well for the village of Reserve in Catron county.
