FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CENTER FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ARID

LANDS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) for furnishings, equipment and computer technology systems for the center for sustainable development of arid lands at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
