FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING AT THE PECOS RIVER VILLAGE CONFERENCE CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million six hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($1,655,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a multipurpose building at the Pecos River Village conference center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
