FOR CONSTRUCTING TENNIS COURTS AND INSTALLING LIGHTING AND BLEACHERS AT ARTESIA HIGH SCHOOL IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to construct tennis courts and install lighting and bleachers at Artesia high school in Artesia in Eddy county.
