FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DOWNTOWN ARTESIA MASTER STREETSCAPE PLAN IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred ninety-five thousand five hundred dollars ($695,500) for capital improvements for the downtown Artesia master streetscape plan, including landscaping, walkways and parking, in Artesia in Eddy county.
