REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ARTESIA INDUSTRIAL PARK IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for capital improvements, including a wastewater collection and treatment system and roadway improvements, at the Artesia industrial park in Eddy county.
