FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT BANDELIER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

Sixty-seven thousand twenty dollars ($67,020) of the severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsections J and HHHHHHHH of Section 11 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to acquire the land for, plan, design, renovate or construct Bataan park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be used for those purposes, but are appropriated to the state department of public education to purchase and install a shade structure and playground equipment and for other improvements at Bandelier elementary school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
