FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE PENASCO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN TAOS

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred forty-six thousand dollars ($146,000) to improve existing access to the Penasco school campus by implementing a drainage plan, walkways, paving and road repair in Taos county; and

three hundred seventy-five thousand five hundred forty dollars ($375,540) for replacement of all plumbing fixtures and piping, water heater, heating system, lighting, shower stalls, tile floor and wall surfacing at the Jicarita events facility on the Penasco school campus in Taos county.
