REQUESTED BY

FOR CHANGING THE AGENCY AND PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APROPRIATION FOR SCHOOL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FLOYD SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the state agency on aging pursuant to Subsection G of Section 2 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for roof repairs at the Floyd senior citizen center in Roosevelt county shall not be used for that purpose, but are appropriated to the state department of public education for school building improvements in the Floyd school district in Roosevelt county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
