FOR PHASE III IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BLUEWATER ACRES DOMESTIC WATER

USERS ASSOCIATION IN THOREAU IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for phase III improvements to the Bluewater acres domestic water users association in Thoreau in McKinley county.
