FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAIL SYSTEM FOR THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan the development of a trail system for the east mountain area of Bernalillo county.
