FOR PAVING AND MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO MATTERHORN ROAD IN THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thirty-two thousand dollars ($132,000) to pave and make improvements to Matterhorn road in the east mountain area of Bernalillo county.
