FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COURTHOUSE SQUARE IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to repair and improve sidewalks, handicap ramps and water drainage around the courthouse square in Lovington in Lea county.
