FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND UPGRADES AT THE NATATORIUM AT NEW MEXICO

HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

three hundred seven thousand four hundred dollars ($307,400) to construct and remodel improvements and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems at the natatorium at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
