REQUESTED BY

FOR ACQUIRING ENGINEERING EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE COLLEGES OF

ENGINEERING AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO, NEW MEXICO STATE

UNIVERSITY AND NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire engineering educational equipment for the college of engineering at New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county;

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to acquire engineering educational equipment for the college of engineering at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to acquire engineering educational equipment for the college of engineering at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
