FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY HALL IN MAGDALENA IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection CC of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to design, construct or equip a new roof for the former bureau of Indian affairs dormitory complex in the village of Magdalena in Socorro county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to roof or make other improvements to the city hall in the village of Magdalena in Socorro county.
