REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to purchase and install kitchen and building maintenance equipment at the southeast New Mexico head start facilities in Carlsbad in Eddy county;

one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) to renovate, improve and equip Eddy county courthouse in Carlsbad; and

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate and improve the old elementary school building for a multipurpose community center in Loving in Eddy county.
