FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY

COUNTY.

The authorization for severance tax bonds pursuant to Subsection LLL of Section 11 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for various improvements to the south extension unit of the Carlsbad boys' and girls' club in Eddy county is void. The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds in an amount not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and the proceeds are appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for improvements to the riverwalk recreation center in the city of Carlsbad in Eddy county.
