FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WESTGATE PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for street paving, recreational fields, parking lot, landscaping and irrigation at Westgate park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
