REQUESTED BY

FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE

STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the commission on higher education

twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) for distribution to various post-secondary and other state educational institutions for making infrastructure improvements and expansions at institutions throughout the state.
