FOR EXPANSION OF THE WATER SYSTEM IN RINCON IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to expand the water system of the Rincon water consumers cooperative to serve approximately one hundred additional families in Rincon in Dona Ana county.
