REQUESTED BY

FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIR.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the capital program fund for the construction of an African-American village pursuant to Subsection H of Section 10 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 may be expended to make improvements to existing facilities as well as for the other purposes specified in that section.
