FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state agency on aging

twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) to purchase a van for the senior citizens of Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

to the department of environment

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to purchase a back-up generator for the colonias well in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

to the department of game and fish

eighty million dollars ($8,000,000) to plan, design and construct a warm water fish hatchery, rearing station and education center in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to improve La Pradira road and bridge in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to acquire land for, construct and equip a building for the department of public safety in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to upgrade Blue Hole in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county;

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the city hall building in Vaughn in Guadalupe county; and

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to purchase an ambulance for the town of Vaughn in Guadalupe county.
