REQUESTED BY

FOR RENOVATION TO VARIOUS CITY BUILDINGS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF

THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements to various city buildings to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Roswell in Chaves county.
