FOR NIZHONI BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to design, plan and perform assessment of engineering, archaelogical, environmental and mitigation costs for reconstruction of Nizhoni boulevard extension, phase II, in Gallup in McKinley county.
