FOR COUNTY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN ROCK SPRINGS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve county roads in the vicinity of the Rock Springs Navajo nation chapter in McKinley county.
