FOR CONSTRUCTING A WATER EFFLUENT LINE TO ATHLETIC FIELDS AT GALLUP HIGH SCHOOL IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct a water effluent line to water athletic fields on the Gallup high school campus in McKinley county.
