REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EAST MESA PARK AT HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY

SCHOOL IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for an access trail and landscaping at a park for east mesa residents located at the Highland elementary school site in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
