FOR TWENTY-FIRST STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million two hundred sixty-eight three hundred thirty-two dollars ($1,268,332) to surface and improve Twenty-first street, including widening and installation of intersection signals, between Gerry and Martin Luther King, Jr. boulevard in Curry county.
