REQUESTED BY

FOR INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATIONS AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN

ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

one million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000) for renovations to Lea hall at the New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county; and

six hundred eighty-eight thousand nine hundred sixty-one dollars ($688,961) for infrastructure improvements, including replacements and expansion of aging centralized systems, at the New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county; and

• to the the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for site utility piping at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
