HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 326

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

three hundred twenty-three thousand eight hundred fifty dollars ($323,850) to continue with phase II of the senior center project in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to install water and sewer extensions in the Sombrillo area to service the Sombrillo elementary school and other sites in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a new water well and storage tank and associated equipment, structures and transmission lines for Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to continue improvements of the library and colonization center in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
