FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION FOR ENGINEERING FOR LAGOON REPAIR AT THE CLOVIS

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CURRY COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the department of environment pursuant to

Subsection M of Section 8 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for the westside sewer line in Clovis in Curry

county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated for engineering for lagoon repair

at the Clovis wastewater treatment plant in Curry county.
