FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve the water and sewer systems in Cloudcroft in Otero county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to pave streets and improve drainage in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a maintenance building for the water, sewer and road departments in Cloudcroft in Otero county.
