INSTITUTIONS AND CONSTITUTIONAL SPECIAL SCHOOLS STATEWIDE.
I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:
• to the commission on higher education
two hundred sixteen thousand nine hundred seventy dollars ($216,970) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at Clovis community college in Clovis in Curry county;
one hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($187,500) for site lighting and parking improvements at the university of New Mexico in Gallup in McKinley county;
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at the university of New Mexico in Los Alamos in Los Alamos county;
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at the university of New Mexico Taos education center in Taos county;
seventy-five thousand ($75,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at the university of New Mexico in Los Lunas in Valencia county;
one million four hundred forty thousand four hundred seventy-three dollars ($1,440,473) for infrastructure renovations at the New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county;

one hundred ninety-three thousand two hundred ninety-two dollars ($193,292) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana in Dona Ana county;
one hundred seventy-one thousand one hundred twenty-four dollars ($171,124) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico state university in Alamogordo in Otero county;
one hundred thirty-one thousand eighteen dollars ($131,018) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico state university in Carlsbad in Eddy county;
two hundred thirty-four thousand three hundred forty-nine dollars ($234,349) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico state university in Grants in Cibola county;
one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,250,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;
nine million one hundred seventy-one thousand eight hundred sixty-five dollars ($9,171,865) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
one million ninety-one thousand six hundred forty-four dollars ($1,091,644) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;
five hundred eighty thousand eight hundred sixty-four dollars ($580,864) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico junior college in Hobbs in Lea county;
six hundred eighty-eight thousand nine hundred sixty-one dollars ($688,961) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county;
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico school for the visually handicapped in Alamogordo in Otero county;
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at Mesa technical college in Tucumcari in Quay county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for site drainage improvements at northern New Mexico state school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;
two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) for phase III of water and sewer infrastructure improvements at northern New Mexico state school in El Rito in Rio Arriba county;
seventy-eight thousand ninety dollars ($78,090) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at Santa Fe community college in Santa Fe county;
two hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred fifty-five dollars ($249,955) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at New Mexico school for the deaf in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county;
nine hundred thirty-seven thousand four hundred twenty-four dollars ($937,424) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;
nine hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($925,000) for site utility piping at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county;
nine hundred seventeen thousand four hundred seventy-two dollars ($917,472) for infrastructure improvements, including necessary replacements and expansions of aging centralized systems, at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and
one hundred fifty-one thousand two hundred sixty-one dollars ($151,261) for the commission on higher education to purchase and install computers and related technology to assist in tracking and monitoring each of the public institution's capital funding projects.
