REQUESTED BY

FOR THE SAN JUAN RIVER RECOVERY PROGRAM IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to pay a portion of New Mexico's share of the San Juan river recovery program, contingent on the interstate stream commission approving New Mexico's participation in that program, in San Juan county.
