I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install streetlights and plan, design and construct a boardwalk on Main street between Third and Seventh streets in the village of Chama in Rio Arriba county.
