REQUESTED BY

FOR A LOW WATER CROSSING STRUCTURE FOR ARROYO DE LOS BARRANTOS IN LA

MESILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a concrete low water crossing structure for Arroyo de los Barrancos in La Mesilla in Rio Arriba county.
