REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF DEXTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to renovate the water storage tank in the town of Dexter in Chaves county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

six hundred fifty-four thousand five hundred one dollars ($654,501) for phase III street improvements for the southwest quadrant in the town of Dexter in Chaves county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred forty-one dollars ($125,641) for phase II street improvements for the southeast quadrant in the town of Dexter in Chaves county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct and acquire land for a new central fire station to replace the current station in the town of Dexter in Chaves county.
