I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase II rehabilitation and maintenance of the canal system for the Fruitland Indian irrigation project at Nenahnezad chapter in San Juan county.
