I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred sixty-nine thousand ninety-nine dollars ($469,099) for extension of powerlines in Chaco Wash, including archaeological clearance and environmental assessment, at the Hogback chapter in San Juan county.
