REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to continue phase II improvements to the Hondo River trail project in Roswell in Chaves county;

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) to continue with phase III improvements to the Cielo Grande soccer complex in Roswell in Chaves county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a new fire station number four to replace the current station at the industrial air center in Roswell in Chaves county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and engineer the final architectural plans for the expansion of the public library in Roswell in Chaves county.
