FOR A WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct a wastewater collection system, including connection to the Las Cruces sewer system for treatment in Dona Ana county.
